In the recent period we have started a cooperation with the company LLR (Long Life Raumen), developing, constructing, producing and installing their different patenteted broaching constructions.
The first patent is based on a 100% fixation of the needle, which is clamped on both sides insteadt of only one, resulting in a much better fixation - resulting again in a considerable increase of life time, up to 10 times or more.
The secound patent is based on a back-run construction, making it possible to reduce broaching lengths to 50%, enabeling machines to be mounted directly on the workfloor. This saves money, and does increase flexibility of usage of the workfloor.
